At Bouquettours.com, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. This policy explains the terms for bookings, deposits, cancellations, and refunds. Our goal is to remain fair and transparent while also covering the preparation costs for your personalized Moroccan travel experience.

1. Booking & Deposit Policy

To confirm your booking with Bouquettours.com, a 30% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of reservation.

The deposit secures all travel arrangements, accommodations, and private transportation.
The remaining 70% balance is due upon your arrival in Morocco, payable in cash (MAD, EUR, or USD) or another agreed payment method.
Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and payment details.
If the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe, your booking may be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email to Bouquettours@gmail.com.
The date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notice. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation by the Customer

The following conditions apply to all bookings:

30 days or more before tour start date:
90% of the total tour price will be refunded. The 30% deposit will be refunded accordingly if notice is given within this period.
15 to 29 days before tour start date:
50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
If you have already paid a 30% deposit, you will be required to pay an additional 20% of the total tour cost to reach the 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 15 days before tour start date:
No refund will be issued (100% cancellation fee).
If you have already paid a 30% deposit, you will be required to pay the remaining 70% balance of the total tour price.
No-shows or early departures:
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

This structure ensures fairness to all travelers while compensating for the operational costs and commitments made in advance on your behalf.

3. Changes to Bookings by the Customer

We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.

Minor Changes (e.g., date adjustments, participant details):
We will accommodate small changes whenever possible, at no extra cost.
Changes requested 30 days or more before the tour start date:
May be subject to a small administrative fee depending on partner availability.
Changes requested less than 30 days before the tour start date:
May be treated as a cancellation and new booking, subject to the above cancellation terms.
Major Changes (e.g., itinerary changes, reduced duration):
May be considered a cancellation of the original booking and subject to standard cancellation fees.

4. Cancellation by Bouquettours.com

Bouquettours.com reserves the right to cancel a tour in rare circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Natural disasters, extreme weather, or Force Majeure events
Political instability or safety concerns
Insufficient tour participation

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options:

A full refund of all payments made to Bouquettours.com
An alternative tour of equal or greater value
A credit voucher for future travel with Bouquettours.com

Please note that we are not responsible for any external costs such as non-refundable flights, visas, or other travel arrangements.
